Buying guns online through White Birch Armory is straightforward, but federal law requires all firearm sales to go through a licensed firearm dealer. Here's what to expect when you place an order:

For any firearm purchase, federal law requires a background check before you can take possession. If you're local to New Hampshire, we can complete the transfer at our Dover location. Simply select White Birch Armory as your FFL dealer during checkout. If you're outside our area, you'll need to provide the details of your local FFL dealer. We'll ship your firearm directly to that licensed gun dealer, who will conduct the required background check and complete the transfer. Note that your receiving dealer may charge a transfer fee for this service. Your receiving dealer can download our FFL information here.

When you arrive to pick up your firearm (either at our store or your local FFL), you'll complete ATF Form 4473 and undergo a background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). This process typically takes just a few minutes. Bring a valid government-issued ID showing your current address.

In most states, non-firearm items like ammunition, optics, and accessories ship directly to your door. No FFL transfer is required for these products, they're treated like any standard online purchase. Review our shipping policy for details on delivery times and restrictions.
